You can return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Items must be in original, unused condition. If you have any issue, please email eva@homeprefer.com first so we can help quickly.
✅ Eligibility
- Return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused and include original packaging (if applicable).
- Customized or final-sale items are non-returnable unless defective.
📦 How to Return
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship to the return address for your country (see addresses below).
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

If the return is caused by the consumer (such as choosing the wrong size, color, or personal preference), the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the courier service you choose.
If the return is due to our responsibility (such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping cost.
